Eligible return requests must generally be initiated within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery, unless a different period is stated in the product listing or required by law.

Returned products may need to be in the same condition in which they were received and include applicable packaging, accessories, documentation, and proof of purchase.

If an incorrect, materially misrepresented, damaged, or defective product is received, contact support@nexobasket.com promptly and include the order number and clear photographs when appropriate.

10. Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible. An order may be canceled before processing or shipment when operationally possible.

Once an order has shipped, it generally cannot be canceled and must instead follow the applicable return procedure.

NexoBasket may cancel an order when permitted under Section 6. If payment was collected for a canceled item, an appropriate refund will be issued.
